No credit card / payment details are stored on our website. We will not disclose your information to third parties. Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected items. Also a cookie will be used if choose to have yourself remembered when you return. Returns
Your Bit: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it and, where possible, with the original packing.
Refunds
Our Bit: Once we receive your item, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will then either initiate a refund to your original method of payment or dispatch your replacement or alternative item to you.
You will not be charged postage for the shipping of a replacement or alternative item to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement.
